For those without a website, please email three digital photos of your work to info@vidasmarket.com. Images should be jpgs or gifs only, 72 dpi, and no larger than 800 x 600 pixels. Don't forget to include your name and business name in the email.

Vending Application Terms and Conditions

I understand that Vida’s Market reserves the right to deny any vendor’s application if her or his work does not meet the criteria or is not considered appropriate for sale at Vida’s Market.

I understand that if accepted as a vendor for Vida’s Market, I must pay the remaining booth fee on top of the initial $25 deposit to reserve my premium booth by May 16, 2008. I understand that if accepted as a vendor for Vida's Market, I must pay the remaining fee for a standard booth. My booth fee will be nonrefundable once I am selected as a vendor and have paid in full.

I understand that I am agreeing to operate my booth as a seller for the entire duration of Vida’s Market. I understand that I cannot bring in a tent or an enclosed display structure.

I agree to clean up after myself and leave my space free of all garbage at the end of the event.

I understand that Vida’s Market and Vida’s Market Coordinators are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of any items.
